Iyengar Yoga

The body and mind benefit from yoga in many ways and help to lead a healthier, happier and more peaceful life. Just some of the benefits depending on the style,  can  include: improved posture and alignment,  increased stamina and flexibility, improved coordination and balance and  relieve tension and stress.

Strength & Tone

Strength & Tone  uses different styles of body conditioning techniques with the addition of weights to target major muscle groups, taught to music. The class focuses on maintaining and improving the general condition of all the main muscle groups. A great class to focus on problem areas, can be attended by all levels.  

Step

 A great cardio workout choreographed with the addition of a step. Our step classes will help to increase cardio levels whilst toning the lower body and can be attended by all levels. 


Zumba

For all those who like their Zumba strictly Latin Tuesday and Thursday evenings classes are the ones. These classes will get your hips moving to the warm persuasion of Latin beats while giving you a great cardio work out.

   

Pilates

Carol's amazing combination of Pilates mat work combined with stretch, provides the opportunity for all our class members to  strengthen, re- lengthen and improve flexibility around  tight muscles. This is a great class if you work many hours on a computer or to improve everyday tasks

                                                 

Pilates

The main principles applied to this Mat work Pilates class are precision and focus of the core muscles. A great class for strengthening the core muscles and alignment, all under the supervision of one of London's Top Pilates instructors.

3Style-Pump Class

 

 3Style-Pump is a weight based group fitness programme using 3 different styles of body conditioning techniques with the addition of bar bells and hand held weights. Within each class 3 different styles will be taught to music. Styles included will be: Free Style Pump, New Body, Old Skool (back to the mat) and Target tone. The class focuses on maintaining and improving the general condition of all the main muscle groups. Definitely a great class to seriously tone up, can be attended by all levels.  

Zumba

Top Westminster Personal Trainer, Richard Reid will be leading the BoxFit sessions. at Golden Lane Hall.  The class will focus on boxing techniques amongst other cardio workouts along-side core strength. A great way to increase all aspects of fitness.
