Strength & Tone uses different styles of body conditioning techniques with the addition of weights to target major muscle groups, taught to music. The class focuses on maintaining and improving the general condition of all the main muscle groups. A great class to focus on problem areas, can be attended by all levels.
A great cardio workout choreographed with the addition of a step. Our step classes will help to increase cardio levels whilst toning the lower body and can be attended by all levels.
For all those who like their Zumba strictly Latin Tuesday and Thursday evenings classes are the ones. These classes will get your hips moving to the warm persuasion of Latin beats while giving you a great cardio work out.
Carol's amazing combination of Pilates mat work combined with stretch, provides the opportunity for all our class members to strengthen, re- lengthen and improve flexibility around tight muscles. This is a great class if you work many hours on a computer or to improve everyday tasks.
