Can we use it just for hall hire, without running classes?

Yes. Lots of venues use it purely for bookings and payment. The class features are there if you want them, never forced on you.

We're run by volunteers — is it hard to set up?

No. Add your rooms, prices and availability and you're taking bookings. We help every venue through their first setup personally.

Do you take a cut of our bookings?

Never. A flat monthly fee is all we charge. The only other deduction is the card processor's standard fee.

Can hirers get in without one of us being there?

Yes — gate codes, key-safe codes and entry photos are sent automatically once a booking is paid. Nobody needs to hand over keys.
